What if I sent a message to a guide but haven't heard back?

Guides will usually respond to messages and reservation requests within 24 hours. If you haven't heard back, we are so very sorry!

Please contact our community support team for assistance, and we'll try to get in touch with the guide or find someone else to give an amazing experience. 

We take responsiveness very seriously, and guides who exhibit a pattern of not responding to messages will be removed from the Vayable site.
